Jesse Rodrigues is a first-generation Portuguese-American Entrepreneur. He was brought into this world by two amazing parents who migrated to the United States from Portugal in their early 20s, chasing the "American Dream".
As a result, he always felt a major need to help create this narrative for his family. Growing up, he had a very successful soccer career playing for the NY Red Bulls Academy and attending Molloy High School, where he was awarded Athlete of the Year, NYC Player of the Year, Tri-State Player of the Year, and won the Brooklyn-Queens Championship & City Championship.
He was then awarded to play the next 4 years at Siena College for his collegiate career. While maximizing his true potential on the field, he also made sure to excel in the classroom & extracurricular activities.
Jesse completed his 4 years at Siena College with a bachelor's degree in marketing and minors in both Entrepreneurship & Management. He was also Vice President of the Marketing Association and President of the Entrepreneurship Program.
Jesse founded Prompt Innovations, Inc. in 2021 and is "extremely excited to see where he can grow his organization moving forward and continue to progress his employees into successful entrepreneurs themselves". He enjoys spending time with his family & friends, loves the sport of soccer, and has ambitions to travel to every corner of the world.

Dalton is an entrepreneur who has always had aspirations of running his own business. Dalton’s main passions include travelling and the sports world; he has previously played baseball and basketball as well as being a flag football referee for 5 years. After graduating high school in 2017, Dalton looked to further push himself to achieve this goal by attending St. Joseph College. In college, Dalton took on his studies while also participating in many events on campus. These events include being an orientation leader on campus for new incoming students and assisting in running a course for them, having a part-time job as a lab assistant, as well as being the president of his fraternity. After graduating from college, Dalton had the opportunity to pursue his passions with a degree in business administration and a minor in marketing. Following this, Dalton took on the opportunity of joining the marketing team with the Prompt Innovations family. Currently, an account manager, Dalton is looking to fulfill his goal of running his own business this year.

Hailey Panagakos is a businesswoman and filmmaker passionate about telling compelling stories through film. She earned her bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from Plymouth State University, where she discovered her love for film. During her studies, she interned at a local news station, gaining valuable experience in filming board meetings and small-town news updates.

Driven to further her education in the film industry, Hailey pursued an MFA in Film Production from Full Sail University in Florida, where she was named valedictorian. Since then, she has amassed an impressive portfolio of work, having directed, produced, and managed over 20 short films. Her expertise extends beyond directing and producing, as she is also skilled in various other areas of film production and industries.

Hailey is continually expanding her knowledge and skillset to build a successful career. With a strong desire to succeed, her ultimate goal is to establish her own production company.

Olumuyiwa Oludipe, known as "Newt," weaves a captivating narrative that embodies a global odyssey. Born in the United States to visionary, first-generation Nigerian parents, Newt's life journey took him from the vibrant landscapes of Nigeria to the cosmopolitan life of London for high school and back to Nigeria to delve into computer science.

Newt's educational journey didn't stop there; it continued across the Atlantic, driven by a pursuit of personal goals. A serendipitous encounter with marketing reshaped Newt's path, leading him from menial jobs to a significant role as a financial advisor at a prestigious S&P 100 rated financial institution. This experience ignited Newt's passion for marketing, leading to a role at Prompt Innovations.

Outside the boardroom, Newt contributes to the music industry, embracing creativity across various art forms. Now a Junior Executive Account Manager at Prompt Innovations, Newt excels in partnership building with an extensive client base. Omar Khatari, a visionary leader at Prompt Innovations, charts his path with determination and purpose. Graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Omar is a first-generation Yemeni-American entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial journey began in childhood, observing and assisting his uncle in managing a bodega and gaining invaluable business insights. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Omar took the helm of the store, managing it single-handedly and finding profound fulfillment in helping others in need.
