Unity is important in the team and we make sure every Thursday night we all regroup and do some activity together. Here we are making sure that we talk about our life and not just work, it is really important for the team to know who are they working with and this can bring the team closer. Rome was not built in a day, and it was not built by a person but it was built by a whole team hence if you wish to build an empire might as well do it with your team.

We work hard we play hard! We hold and attend conferences in different states or cities, where we have industry leaders coming in from different parts of America and we make sure we learn as much possible from industry leaders but when we are done with conferences we party hard and feel refreshed. It is important for us to keep the consistency with work and play. We dont want “all work and no play makes jack a dull boy” right? Hence we encourage our team to work hard and even party hard!
